It started out as quite a disappointment as I was totally unable to find the essential Nordland sculpture in Myre and, of course, the tourist office was closed due to it being holiday season. I wandered further on and came across the beautiful church at Langenes, in an exquisite village, testament to man's inability to plan for the changing world...and then onto Stø and my first encounter with the Cathedrals of Fish, cod hanging out to dry in the crisp fresh air.
