Very frustrating! The advertised landscape sculpture failed to matreialise despite hours of wandering along the coast. Maybe the map was wrong, maybe it had been removed for maintentance, but of course there was no tourist office at that time of day (i.e. anytime). However, at least it led me into an intimate study of fish processing plants...rather smelly! It was one of those perfectly manicured, but essentially somewhat boring towns, regardless of the spectacular backdrop.
